Spare or Replacement Parts

We offer prompt quotations and delivery of spare or replacement parts. Many of our parts are stock items and can be shipped immediately, if necessary. For parts that need to be fabricated we try to keep lead times to a minimum. It is our company policy to help our customers remain productive.

When contacting us, please have the furnace Operating and Maintenance Manual available and provide us with the model and serial number. This will allow us to assist you in an efficient manner.

Furnace Upgrades and Rebuilds

We have a team of experienced engineers and technicians to offer cost-effective ways to upgrade or refurbish either an existing Thermal Technology vacuum furnace or a vacuum furnace produced by another manufacturer. 

Technical and Field Service

Technical service is available if you cannot resolve a problem with the help of the vacuum furnace Operating and Maintenance Manual. If a problem arises that requires our expertise on-site, please contact us for rates and scheduling. We have four expert field technicians that are available to travel, on short notice, to any location in the world.
