Thermal Technology
has many years of experience designing and manufacturing laboratory and
production crystal growth systems for Bridgman and Czochralski technique,
Stepanov method, Liquid Phase Epitaxy (PTE) and top seeded solution
growth. These systems
are used to grow crystals of dozens of different materials.
